[Adopted 2-28-1972 by L.L. No. 4-1972]
In all local laws, regulations and ordinances wherein a violation
thereof is designated as an offense, the same should be amended to
delete the word "offense" and place in lieu thereof the word "violation."
This article shall take effect immediately.
