The Board of Trustees of the Village of West Hampton Dunes hereby
adopts the Building Code of 2007, the Building Code of 2010, the Energy
Conservation Construction Code of 2007, the Energy Conservation Construction
Code of 2010, the Existing Building Code of 2007, the Existing Building
Code of 2010, the Fire Code of 2007, the Fire Code of 2010, the Mechanical
Code of 2007, the Mechanical Code of 2010, the Plumbing Code of 2007,
the Plumbing Code of 2010, the Property Maintenance Code of 2007,
the Property Maintenance Code of 2010, the Rental Code of 2007, and
the Rental Code of 2010 of New York State to apply and be enforced
in the Village of West Hampton Dunes.
