The standing of any vehicle parallel to or at an angle with a lawfully parked vehicle on the same side of the highway, is prohibited on any and all of the public roads, streets, highways or alleys within the Township.

The parking of commercial motor vehicles, tractors, trailers, house trailers, house coaches, motor homes, buses and boats, as those terms are defined by the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, is hereby prohibited on Township-owned streets except when loading or unloading.

(a) 
It shall be unlawful to park or abandon any motor vehicle on any public street or highway in the Township, except as herein set forth, for a time period of 12 hours after a snowfall of three inches or more has occurred, or for a time period of 12 hours after the declaration of a snow emergency by the Township.
(b) 
Any motor vehicle parked, stalled, incapable of moving under its own power, or left unattended upon any public street or highway of the Township, except as herein set forth, at any time within 12 hours after a snowfall of three inches or more has occurred may be removed or towed away to another location by the police department or any person or firm authorized by the police department. Such vehicles may be recovered by the owners thereof upon payment of towing and storage costs incurred by the Township for the removal thereof.
(c) 
This section and the prohibitions set forth herein shall not affect parking on any public street or highway in the Township where off-street parking facilities are not provided.

It shall be unlawful for the owner of a motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer not having attached or fastened thereto current registration plates to park or permit such motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer to stand upon the public streets of the Township.

No person shall park a vehicle or permit it to stand, whether attended or unattended, at any time, on (the following streets or portions thereof):
Belvoir Road, for a distance of 300 feet south of Valley Road on the east side of Belvior Road from its intersection with Valley Road as posted.
Belvoir Road, for a distance of 400 feet on the west side of Belvoir Road from the bridge over the Sawmill Run to the entrance of the Plymouth Township Municipal Building opposite Valley Road.
Conshohocken Road, west side from PECO energy pole no. 440, north under the 1-476 overpass to the steel plant driveway, a distance of 310 feet, as posted.
Conshohocken Road, north side, from Philadelphia Electric pole 96933 on the west to a point 1,480 feet therefrom on the east.
Conshohocken Road, west side, from Ridge Pike south to Bell of Pennsylvania utility pole no. 5, a distance of 418 feet.
Conshohocken Road, west side, from Ridge Pike south to Bell of Pennsylvania utility pole no. 5, a distance of four hundred eighteen (418) feet.
Fairfield Road, west side, between Jefferson Street and Lucetta Street in Plymouth Township.

Jefferson Street, north side, from Fairfield Road to a point 150 feet east of the curbline of that intersection.

Jolly Road, east and west sides, from Philadelphia Electric Company utility pole no. 2034 north to Township Line Road, a distance of 698 feet.

No person shall park any vehicle or permit it to stand, whether attended or unattended, at any time on the following streets, or portions thereof, except for loading and unloading as indicated:
Bell Road, either side, between Valley Creek Road and its terminus at East Plymouth Valley Park.
Belvoir Road, west side, between the entrance to the Township Building, opposite Valley Road, on the north and the entrance to the Plymouth Junior High School on the south, a distance of eleven hundred (1100) feet.
Butler Pike, on the northwest side, from Ridge Pike to Germantown Pike.
Chestnut Street, east side, from Ridge Pike to Richardson Street.
Colwell Road, on the northerly side, beginning at the intersection of Palmer Road and extending southwestwardly a distance of 80 feet and on the northwest side between Ridge Pike and Overhill Road.
Conshohocken Road, State Highway Route No. 46107, adjacent to the plant of Alan Wood Steel Company, beginning at the southerly side of Alan Wood Road (Mill Road), State Highway Route No. 46108, where the said southerly side of said road intersects with Conshohocken Road, and from such point of beginning extending in a southerly direction seventeen hundred and seventy (1770) feet on both sides of Conshohocken Road.
Craven Street, on the westerly side, from its intersection with Conshohocken Road to its intersection with Fulton Street.
Diamond Avenue, on the east side, 120 feet north from its intersection with Conshohocken Road, as posted.

Sandwood Road, on the west side, beginning at the intersection of Colwell Road and Sandwood Road, a point approximately 342 feet southwesterly from the intersection of Colwell Road and Wilmer Avenue, thence extending along the west side of Sandwood Road approximately 458 feet to the point of intersection with Pastell Lane.
School Lane, on the southeasterly side, from Coleman Street extending in a northeastwardly direction a distance of 473.76 feet to the northeasterly boundary of the Black Horse School property, or on the northwesterly side east of Ridge Pike for the distance of twelve hundred (1,200) feet to a curve to the right, and on the northerly side easterly of the curve the further distance of 200 feet.

No person shall park a vehicle or permit it to stand, whether attended or unattended, except for loading and unloading on the following streets or indicated portions thereof during the hours and/or days indicated:
Sierra Road, on the north side, beginning at the intersection of Germantown Pike and extending westwardly on Sierra Road 100 feet, or on the south side beginning at the intersection of Germantown Pike and extending westwardly to Yellowstone Road, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, inclusive.

Within the Greater Plymouth Community Center Park, bounded by Jolly Road, Germantown Pike and Walton Road, parking shall be permitted in designated spaces or overflow parking areas only. The following intersections are hereby designated as "stop" intersections and official stop signs shall be erected alerting motorists to such fact:
Allendale Road, at its intersection with Colton Drive, and official stop signs shall be erected as follows: facing traffic approaching Allendale Road on Colton Drive and facing traffic approaching Colton Drive on Allendale Road.
Allendale Road, at its intersection with Malvern Road, and official stop signs shall be erected as follows: facing traffic approaching Allendale Road on Malvern Road and facing traffic approaching Malvern on Allendale Road.
