No. 266, §§ 2-10, 3-12-1956; § 39, § 42, § 43, §§ 45-48; § 50; Ord. No. 373, § 1, 8-14-1961; Ord. No. 402, § 1, 1-14-1963; Ord. No. 731, §§ 1, 2, 12-29-1975; Ord. No. 797, 8-14-1978; Ord. No. 873 also enacted similar provisions which have been codified as a new Ch. 18.
