Editor's Note: The subdivision and land development ordinance,
being Ord. No. 837, adopted Sept. 8, 1980, is included herein, at
the request of the Township, as a new App. C. Said ordinance is included
herein substantially as enacted except that obvious misspellings have
been corrected, and where deemed necessary, explanatory words or phrases
have been added, indicated by brackets. Former App. C was repealed
by Art. XIII, § 1300 of said Ord. No. 837, which specifically
repealed the Township subdivision regulations as enacted by Ord. No.
704, adopted Nov. 25, 1974, and as amended by § 1 of Ord.
No. 743, adopted Feb. 9, 1976; § 1 of Ord. No. 788, adopted
Nov. 14, 1977; §§ 1 and 2 of Ord. No. 794, adopted
March 13, 1978; and §§ 1—3 of Ord. No. 829, adopted
April 14, 1980. The derivation of amendments to Ord. No. 837 will
be indicated in parentheses following the affected section or subsection.
