This Part repeals in its entirety all ordinances and parts of
other ordinances which are inconsistent or conflicting with any part
of this Part to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict. In particular,
and not by way of limitation, the wastewater Collection and Treatment
Ordinance passed by Kingston Township on October 12, 1994, is hereby
repealed.
