The Board of Appeals shall be comprised of seven members who
shall be appointed by the Mayor. The chairperson shall be appointed
by the Mayor for a two year term, expiring at the end of each odd
numbered year. The six remaining members shall serve three year terms,
with the terms of two members to expire at the end of each year.
The specific powers and duties of the Board of Appeals shall
include hearing, reviewing and deciding appeals from, and reviewing
any order, requirement, decision or determination made by an administrative
official of the City who is charged with the enforcement of any ordinance
related to land use development under which a board of appeals is
created.
