The Incorporated Village of the Branch hereby establishes a Village Justice Court and the post of Village Justice who will have a term of four years' duration. Said Village Justice Court will be effective commencing January 1, 1978.
The Village Justice Court shall have jurisdiction over any violation of any section of the Code of the Village of the Branch with the exception of any and all moving violations under the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York or the Code of this Village.
