No person, firm, corporation, association or organization shall
use or cause to be used any sound truck or other vehicle with its
sound equipment in operation for any purpose in the Borough of Sellersville
unless he, it or they shall have obtained first a license for the
same from the Mayor or Borough Manger/Secretary. The Mayor or Borough
Manager/Secretary shall issue a permit limiting the use of said sound
truck or other vehicle upon the payment of a license fee in the amount
of $100 and a statement from the applicant setting forth the following:
A. The name and residence and business address of the person making
the statement.
B. The license number of the sound truck or other vehicle to be used
by the person making the statement.
C. The name and address of the person having direct charge of the sound
truck or other vehicle.
D. The purpose for which said sound truck or other vehicle is to be
used.
E. A general statement as to the section of the Borough in which said
sound truck or other vehicle is proposed to be used; the proposed
days and hours of operation during which said sound truck or other
vehicle is proposed to be operated in the Borough.
Each person using or causing to be used said sound truck or
other vehicle for any purpose shall, after obtaining his statement,
amend the statement required by the first section of this chapter
within 48 hours after any change in the information therein furnished.

This chapter shall be enforced by a criminal action in the same
manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the
Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure. A person convicted of violating
this chapter shall be sentenced to pay a fine not to exceed $1,000
per violation, plus court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees
incurred by the Borough of Sellersville, or to imprisonment for not
more than 90 days, or both. Violations of more than one provision
of this chapter shall constitute separate violations. Each day that
a violation of any provision of this chapter continues or occurs shall
constitute a separate violation.
