The bulkhead line of that part of the north shore of Lake George,
Section 13, T12N, R9E, hereinafter described and more particularly
shown by the attached map is established and determined as set forth
in the following description and the attached map, approved by of
the Department of Natural Resources, namely:

Commencing at a point on the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 13 which is 180.5 feet West of the North one quarter
corner of said Section 13; thence South 85° 54' West, 727.4 feet;
thence South 54° 55' West, 909.3 feet; thence South 67° 04'
West, 515.00 feet to the Southwest corner of lands owned by James
Chizek and to this point along the traverse line described in Volume
272, page 95 of Deeds; as point of beginning; thence North 77°
12' East, 80 feet; which is the point of beginning of the bulkhead
line, which is on the existing shore of Lake George; thence South
64° and 30' West, 328' to the end of the bulkhead line, which
is on the existing shoreline of Lake George.

Three certified copies of the Town's Bulkhead Lines Ordinance,
together with three true and correct copies of such map, were submitted
to the Department of Natural Resources for its approval.
