Before entering upon any Town road, the operator of a golf cart
shall stop and yield the right-of-way to all approaching vehicles.
Golf carts may cross Town roads only at such points as are marked
and designated by the Town as crossing points with signs approved
by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
