In accordance with Pennsylvania’s Municipal Claim and
Tax Lien Law, 53 P.S. § 7101 et seq., the Board of Commissioners
of Spring Garden Township shall from time to time and by resolution
adopt a schedule of fees setting forth the fees and expenses to be
assessed for the cost of attorneys’ fees associated with the
collection of municipal claims.
Upon the filing of a municipal lien, interest on the amount
of the lien shall accrue per annum at the maximum rate permitted by
law from the date of filing of said lien or at the earliest time permitted
by law, if a different day.
