City of Bangor, ME Article III B.Y.O.B. Function Permits; Off-Premises Catering Licenses

§ 61-26 License required for B.Y.O.B. permit.

No person, firm or corporation shall conduct a B.Y.O.B. function without first having obtained a license therefor, to be issued by the City Council's designee as provided by 28-A M.R.S.A. § 163, Subsection 2E, said designee to be the City Clerk of the City of Bangor.

§ 61-27 License fee for B.Y.O.B permit.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]

The license fee shall be as prescribed in the Schedule of Fees adopted pursuant to Chapter 109, Fees, of this Code.

§ 61-28 License required for off-premises catering license.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]

No person, firm or corporation shall conduct an off-premises catering function without first having obtained a license therefor, to be issued by the City Council's designee as provided by 28-A M.R.S.A. § 1052, Subsection 4G, said designee to be the City Clerk of the City of Bangor. The fee for an off-premises catering license shall be as prescribed in the Schedule of Fees adopted pursuant to Chapter 109, Fees, of this Code.
