[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of

Membership. The Board of Review shall consist of the Village Board
and the Clerk-Treasurer. The Village Assessor shall attend all meetings
of the Board of Review.
Membership. The Plan Commission shall consist of five members. One
member shall be the Village President, who shall be the Chairperson.
One member shall be a Trustee, appointed by the Village President,
subject to confirmation by the Village Board, for a two-year term.
The other three members shall be citizen members of recognized experience
and qualifications, appointed by the Village President, subject to
confirmation by the Village Board, for staggered three-year terms.[1]
Powers and duties. The Plan Commission shall have the powers and
duties prescribed in §§ 61.35 and 62.23, Wis. Stats.,
and such other powers and duties as shall be vested in the Commission,
from time to time, by the Village Board.
Membership. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall consist of five members
appointed by the Village President, subject to confirmation by the
Village Board, for staggered terms of three years. The Village President
shall appoint, subject to confirmation by the Village Board, for staggered
terms of three years, two alternate members of such Board, in addition
to the five members above provided for. Annually, the mayor shall
designate one of the alternate members as first alternate and the
other as second alternate. The first alternate shall act, with full
power, only when a member of the Board refuses to vote because of
interest or when a member is absent. The second alternate shall so
act only when the first alternate so refuses or is absent or when
more than one member of the Board so refuses or is absent.[1]
Powers and duties. The Board shall have the powers and duties prescribed in § 62.23(7)(e), Wis. Stats. See also Chapter 375, Zoning, of the Code of the Village of Hollandale.
Membership. The Administrative Review Appeals Board shall consist
of the Village President and two citizen members. The citizen members
shall be appointed by the Village President, subject to confirmation
by the Village Board, for three-year terms.
