No burning of any kind shall be permitted in the Village, including
rubbish, grass, weeds, leaves or refuse barrels.
Open burning is permitted in charcoal kettle grills, gas or
electric grills, or commercial screened fire pits.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-3 of the Code of the Village of Hollandale.
