Article I Supervisors

§ 40-1 Amount of compensation.

Each Supervisor of Bear Creek Township elected or appointed to office on or after the effective date of this article shall receive compensation as a Supervisor in the annual amount of $1,875.

§ 40-2 Payment schedule.

Such compensation shall be paid monthly.

§ 40-3 Effective date.

This article shall be effective December 23, 1995.
