The Village of Lancaster reserves the right to place, erect and maintain any wires or other equipment connected with the Village fire alarm system, police or traffic signal system, short-wave radio system or any other Village signal system, upon any telephone, telegraph, electric light or other pole or poles erected in the Village, the same to be placed and erected in such a position as not to interfere with the use, maintenance and operation of other wires and equipment placed on said poles by the owners thereof.
The wires, posts, poles, structures, supports and other equipment of the Village fire alarm system, police or traffic system or other Village alarm, signal or radio system shall take precedence and right-of-way over all other wires, posts, poles and structures erected and maintained in the Village of Lancaster, and no lineman or any other person, in erecting or maintaining such wires, posts, poles and structures, shall interfere with, damage, disturb or change any part or portion of the said Village fire alarm, police and traffic signal or radio system.

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, Penalties for Offenses, of the Code of the Village of Lancaster.
