The requirements of the Solomon Creek Watershed Management Plan,
be and the same is hereby adopted, and hereby declare that any person
or landowner engaged in the development or alteration of the land
which affects the stormwater runoff characteristics of a development
site located within the portion of Solomon Creek Designated Watershed
situated within Bear Creek Township shall comply with the requirements
of the herein referenced watershed stormwater management plan.
