The Village is authorized by this chapter to levy a supplemental
sewer charge to offset previous year budget shortfalls.
A supplemental sewer charge shall be established at the time of the annual Village budget. A supplemental sewer fee shall be levied in conjunction with the sewer user charge as provided in Article IX of this chapter.
