The assistant, deputy and battalion chiefs shall aid the Fire
Chief and obey his orders in the supervision and operation of the
Fire Department and in the absence of the Chief shall have command
of the Department in priority of their rank. The duties of the secretary
and treasurer shall be those enumerated in the bylaws of the Fire
Department.
Every officer of the Fire Department shall have the police powers
and duties delegated to him by § 213.095, Stats.
