[HISTORY: Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Lancaster 8-15-2005 by Ord. No.
2005-06 as § 11.10 of the 2005 Code. Amendments
noted where applicable.]
The Common Council of the City of Lancaster hereby adopts § 106.50,
Wis. Stats., and all subsequent amendments thereto.
The officials and employees of the City of Lancaster shall assist
in the orderly prevention and removal of all discrimination in housing
within the City of Lancaster by implementing the authority and enforcement
procedures set forth in § 106.50, Wis. Stats.
The City Clerk/Treasurer shall maintain forms for complaints
to file under § 106.50, Wis. Stats., and shall assist any
person alleging a violation thereof in the City of Lancaster to file
a complaint thereunder with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce
Development for enforcement of § 106.50, Wis. Stats.
