Whenever in this Chapter the following terms are used, they
shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section:
Includes a vehicle with two tandem wheels, neither of which
is less than 12 inches in diameter, with solid or pneumatic tires,
having a steering bar or wheel, a saddle seat, and propelled by human
power.
The use, putting into action or causing to function of a
bicycle by a person mounted thereon.
