All fee and application revenues and any interest earned thereon
collected pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in a segregated
fund entitled "Village of Greenville Utilities Fund."
Disbursements from the fund shall be made only upon authorization
from the District Commissioners and used exclusively for the operation,
maintenance and improvement of the Village stormwater management system
and no other purpose.
The Village shall prepare and adopt an annual budget which is
to include all operation and maintenance costs, debt service and other
costs in connection with operation of the Village.
