There shall be assessed against any account a fee per check
in an amount as set by resolution of the Borough Council, which check
having been received and deposited by the Borough of Millvale as payment
against said account shall have been dishonored for any reason including,
but not limited to, nonsufficient funds (NSF).
For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have
the meaning indicated:
Includes any check, draft, certificate of deposit, note,
money order or similar instrument.
