A Prosecuting Attorney shall be appointed, and may be removed,
by the City Manager with the consent of the Board of Aldermen. The
Prosecuting Attorney shall represent the City and prosecute all cases
in the Municipal Court and perform such other services as requested
by the Board of Aldermen or City Manager.
