Upon the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V,
vehicular traffic shall move only in the indicated direction when
proper signs indicating the direction of traffic are erected and maintained
at every intersection.

A sign indicating the direction of traffic shall be erected
and maintained at every intersection where movement in the opposite
direction is prohibited, which signs shall be obeyed by all operators
of vehicles.
