Every licensed keeper of any billiard hall, pool hall, ten pin
alley or bowling alley shall close his/her place of business promptly
at 1:30 A.M. of each day, and keep the same closed until 6:00 A.M.
of the same day, and shall not permit any game or games to be played
therein between said hours.

It shall be unlawful for any licensed keeper of any pool hall,
billiard hall, ten pin alley or bowling alley to play or allow to
be played upon the premises, any billiard game, pool game, or bowling
game for money or purse of money; nor shall the keeper play or allow
to be played upon the premises any game of cards.

The Board of Aldermen may, upon proof that any licensed keeper
of any billiard hall, pool hall, ten pin alley, or bowling alley has
been convicted of the violation of any provision of this Chapter,
revoke the license of such person. The Board of Aldermen may, if it
deems that any keeper of any pool or billiard hall, ten pin or bowling
alley is conducting or has conducted his/her business in such manner
as to constitute a nuisance, refuse to grant to such person a license,
or if a license has been granted, to revoke the license after giving
to the license holder a ten (10) day notice in writing of the intention
to revoke such license.
