A. The
provisions of this Chapter shall apply to each subdivision of land.
B. The
plan requirements and minimum standards contained in this Chapter
shall also apply to unsubdivided developments, except for construction
of improvements on single-family and two-family residential lots.
C. Every
proposed subdivision within the City of Olivette shall be submitted
to the Commission for report and recommendation to the City Council.
The final plat of any subdivision shall not be entitled to be recorded
in the office of the St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds unless and
until such a plat is approved in accordance with the provisions of
this Chapter.
D. The
sale or transfer of land to or between adjoining property owners,
where such sale does not create additional lots, shall comply with
the boundary adjustment provisions contained in this Chapter without
the necessity of complying with the review procedures for preliminary
and final subdivision plats.

The following identifies steps in applying for and securing
approval of any subdivision within the City of Olivette. Subdividers
are further referred to applicable procedures and requirements attending
each step as set forth in this Chapter.
Step 1: Pre-application conference (optional).
Step 2: Preliminary subdivision plat.
Step 3: Subdivision improvement plans, guarantees
and indentures.
Step 4: Final subdivision plat.
