A.
The following
is a list of streets that are accepted for maintenance:
1.
Harvest Lane a public street. The dedication of Harvest
Lane, public street in Harvest Acres Subdivision, as per plat thereof
recorded in the office of Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County, Missouri,
to public use forever, is hereby accepted and the said street is declared
to be a public highway of the City of Olivette, Missouri.
2.
Hilltop Drive constituted public street—maintenance and repair. Hilltop Drive, a street in the City of Olivette, fifty (50) feet
wide and being paved to a width of thirty-six (36) feet is hereby
constituted a public street in the City of Olivette, St. Louis County,
Missouri, from the intersection of said Hilltop Drive with Olive Street
Road northwardly to a line parallel to the line of intersection of
said Hilltop Drive with Olive Street Road and six (6) feet south of
the northern line of Iroquois Drive at its point of intersection with
said Hilltop Drive. Said Hilltop Drive as described above is further
hereby accepted by the City of Olivette for reasonable and necessary
maintenance and repair.
3.
Irvington Court and Reyem Court. The dedication of Irvington
Court and Reyem Court, public streets in Hilltop Woods Subdivision
as per plat thereof recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds
of St. Louis County, Missouri, to public use forever, is hereby accepted
and the said streets are declared to be public highways of the City
of Olivette, Missouri.
4.
Grandview Drive—public street, maintenance and repair. Grandview Drive, a street in the City of Olivette, is hereby constituted
a public street in the City of Olivette, St. Louis County, Missouri,
from its intersection with the western boundary line of the City of
Olivette eastwardly to the eastern boundary line of Warson View Subdivision
No. 2. Said Grandview Drive as described above is further accepted
by the City of Olivette for reasonable necessary maintenance and repair.
5.
Napoleon Boulevard—public street. The dedication of
Napoleon Boulevard, as a public roadway, fifty (50) feet wide, as
reflected on the dedication plat attached hereto, is hereby approved.

6.
Bonhomme Road—public street. The dedication of a portion
of Bonhomme Road, as set out in the road dedication plat attached
hereto and hereby made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and said
portion of Bonhomme Road as designated on said road dedication plat
is hereby established as a public road. (Copy available at City Hall)
7.
Castle Gate Villas Drive and Natalie Circle—public streets. The dedication of Castle Gate Villas Drive and Natalie Circle within
the Castle Gate Villas Subdivision as public streets for the public
use forever, as per plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds of St. Louis County, Missouri, is hereby accepted and said
streets are declared to be public highways of the City of Olivette,
Missouri.
8.
Hilltop Manor Drive—public streets. The dedication
of Hilltop Villas Drive within the Villas at Hilltop Subdivision as
a public street for the public use forever, as per plat thereof recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County, Missouri,
is hereby accepted, and said street is declared to be a public highway
of the City of Olivette, Missouri.
