Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, every vehicle
stopped or parked upon a roadway where there are adjacent curbs shall
be so stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of such vehicle
parallel to and within eighteen (18) inches of the right-hand curb.

a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway
indicated by such signs or markings.
No person shall park or cause to be parked any vehicle continuously

movement on any street or roadway where parking is permitted longer
than forty-eight (48) hours. Any such vehicle so parked is hereby
declared to be a nuisance and an unlawful obstruction of the highway
and street, and the owner thereof shall be prima facie responsible
for such violation.
