A.
Any person who shall violate any parking regulation of the City for which no other penalty is set forth on the Violations Bureau Fine List as adopted by the Municipal Court shall be guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be fined the amount set forth in Section 150.030.
B.
All fines are in addition to the costs,
if any, of the impounding and towing of the vehicle involved in a
violation of this Chapter.
