The City Traffic Schedules are hereby
adopted for the purpose of enforcing this Title and for establishing
those streets, parts of streets, intersections or other designated
areas where traffic control devices will be used to control the safe
flow of vehicular traffic. These Schedules may be amended or added
from time to time by the City Engineer and shall be maintained for
public inspection with the City Clerk.

No person shall violate any restriction
or disregard any traffic control device set forth in the Traffic Schedules
of the City.
