A.
Every person who shall be convicted of any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be fined and imprisoned as set out in Section 100.140 of this Code.
B.
In addition to the penalties hereinabove
authorized and established, the City shall take such other actions
at law or in equity as may be required to halt, terminate, remove
or otherwise eliminate any violations of this Chapter.
C.
Except as otherwise specified in this Chapter,
investigation and enforcement of this Chapter and of conditions imposed
on licenses shall be the responsibility of the Director of Planning,
but the participation or lack thereof by the Director of Planning
shall not be a defense to any action under this Chapter.
