[Adopted 11-7-1982 by L.L. No. 1-1982]
The terms of office of the Town Clerk, Highway Superintendent
and Supervisor of the Town of LeRoy shall be four years. Such four-year
terms shall commence on the first day of January following the first
biennial Town election after the effective date of this article.
At the biennial Town election next following the effective date
of this chapter and every four years thereafter, the Town Clerk, Highway
Superintendent and Supervisor shall be elected for terms of four years,
respectively.
