A. The following
described streets in the City of Chaffee, Missouri, are hereby designated
and established as two (2) hour parking zones, to wit:
1. Main
Street from Davidson Avenue to Black Avenue;
2. Yoakum
Avenue from Second Street to Frisco alley;
3. East
side of Second Street from South Yoakum Avenue alley to Yoakum Avenue;
4. Wright
Street from West Main Street alley to Main Street;
5. East
Yoakum Avenue from railroad tracks to Frisco Street.
B. Parking on all of those streets and parts of streets described in this Section shall be regulated and controlled under the terms and conditions contained in Chapter
385 of the City ordinances of the City of Chaffee.

When any vehicle shall be parked at any location within the
two (2) hour parking zone as described herein, the owner or operator
of said vehicle shall park within the area designated by the curb
or street marking lines as indicated for parallel or diagonal parking.
It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to park within said designated
area. It shall be unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle
registered in his/her name to be unlawfully parked as set out in this
Section.

When any vehicle shall be lawfully parked at any location within
the two (2) hour parking zone as described herein, said parking space
may then be used by such vehicle for a period not to exceed two (2)
hours commencing at the time said vehicle is lawfully parked. Said
vehicle shall be considered as unlawfully parked if it remains in
said space beyond the two (2) hour limit hereby imposed. Said two
(2) hour limit shall be effective between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and
6:00 P.M. daily except Sundays. It shall be unlawful for any person
to cause or permit any vehicle registered in his/her name or operated
by him/her to be unlawfully parked as set out in this Section.

A. The following
described parking spaces located in the 100 block of West Yoakum on
the south side of the street shall not be included in the area established
by this Chapter as a two (2) hour parking zone when parking in those
spaces between the hours of 4:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. The exception shall
consist of two (2) parking spaces only, which spaces are located in
front of 124 West Yoakum and are the two (2) parking spaces located
immediately east and contiguous with the no parking zone established
as a result of the placement of a fire hydrant.
B. When
any vehicle shall be parked at the parking spaces described in this
Section, the owner or operator of said vehicle shall park within the
areas designated by the street marking lines as indicated for angled
parking.
C. When
any vehicle shall be lawfully parked in either of the two (2) designated
parking spaces as described herein between the hours of 4:00 P.M.
and 9:00 P.M., the parking space may be used by such vehicle for a
period not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes, commencing at the time
said vehicle is lawfully parked. Said vehicle shall be considered
as an unlawfully parked vehicle if it remains in said space beyond
the fifteen (15) minute limitation hereby imposed. It shall be unlawful
for any person to cause or permit any vehicle registered in his/her
name or operated by him/her to be unlawfully parked as set out in
this Section.
