The Board of Aldermen ("Board") of the City of Harrisonville ("City") authorize and direct the City Administrator to draft a Purchasing Policy for the City to be submitted to the Board for approval. The City Administrator shall periodically review, on his/her own initiative or at the request of the Board, the City's Purchasing Policy, and the City Administrator shall present such amendments and revisions necessary, to keep such Purchasing Policy appropriate, clear, and current, for approval by the Board.
Editor's Note: At the editor's discretion and in correspondence with the City a new Chapter 135, Purchasing Policy was included to set out the full policy as adopted/amended by Ord. No. 3490, 3-16-2020. The Title of this Chapter was also amended to avoid confusion regarding where the actual purchasing policy could be found in the Code. For the full policy see now Chapter 135, Purchasing Policy.
