The Board of Aldermen ("Board") of the City of Harrisonville ("City") authorize and direct the City Administrator to draft a Purchasing Policy for the City to be submitted to the Board for approval. The City Administrator shall periodically review, on his/her own initiative or at the request of the Board, the City's Purchasing Policy, and the City Administrator shall present such amendments and revisions necessary, to keep such Purchasing Policy appropriate, clear, and current, for approval by the Board.
