A lightning warning system is hereby authorized to be installed at the locations set forth in § 98-16.
The lightning warning system shall be installed and shall be
applicable to the following locations:
There is hereby authorized the posting of warning signs at appropriate places at the locations set forth in § 98-16.
Pursuant to the lightning warning system, if a siren sounds
and/or a strobe light is flashing, the field and facility shall be
deemed closed. No person shall remain at the field or location, or
continue any field or other activities, when a field or facility is
closed.
For violation of any provisions of this article, the maximum penalty shall be in accordance with § 1-15 of this Code.
