It shall be unlawful, within the limits of the City of Byrnes
Mill, for any reason to park any mobile home on any street, alley,
or highway, or other public place, or on any tract of land owned by
a person, occupied or unoccupied, within the City of Byrnes Mill except
in a "MH" Mobile Home Park District.

Off-street parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the requirements of specific uses set forth in Article
XVIII, Off-Street Parking And Loading Requirements.

No mobile home shall be erected or enlarged unless the following
minimum lot dimensional requirements are provided and maintained in
connection with such mobile home.

All buildings, including accessory buildings, shall not cover
more than twenty percent (20%) of the area of the lot.

The area as indicated on the zoning map and designated as a
"MH(A)" District encompasses an area over which there is a legal question
relative to its use as a mobile home district. In the event that the
use is clarified and litigation settled, then this area as platted
for mobile home use would have a vested interest in continuing as
a mobile home district.
