The parks within the City limits of Lake Waukomis shall be closed
for public use between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. Any person
in violation of this Section of the City Code shall be deemed guilty
of trespassing.

A.
Effective for reservations and/or bookings made on or after September
2, 2015, the City adopts Exhibit 1[1] attached hereto as the Rules, Regulations and Fee Schedule
for the reservation of the facilities in North and South Park by the
City's residents and non-residents.

B.
Effective for reservations and bookings made on or after September
2, 2015, the City adopts Exhibit 2[2] attached hereto as the new Rules, Regulations and Fee
Schedule for the reservation of the facilities in North and South
Park or ball fields by all City residents and non-residents.

C.
Any reservation made prior to September 2, 2015, shall be made pursuant
to the Rules, Regulations and Fee Schedule(s), if any, in effect at
the time of the making of said reservation(s).
