A. All
persons are hereby prohibited from storing, maintaining or otherwise
possessing dismantled, partially dismantled, non-operative or junk
vehicles on any property in the City of Strafford, Missouri, in view
of the public.
B. This
Section shall not apply to licensed automotive dealers.
