The permit fee for any person, persons, co-partnership or corporation desiring to dig into the City streets of the City of Sullivan, Missouri, shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00), as required by Section 515.045 of this Code.

The permit fee for any person, persons, co-partnership or corporation desiring to dig into the City alleys of the City of Sullivan, Missouri, shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00), as required by Section 515.045 of this Code.
