Township of Bethlehem, NJ Article III Township-owned Property

§ 95-9 Hunting on Township-owned Property.

Hunting is prohibited on all Township-owned property, unless the Township specifically authorizes hunting, by resolution, for each Township-owned property in accordance with the New Jersey fish and game laws, on a case-by-case basis and as determined by the Township in its sole and absolute discretion.
