§ 455-66 Violations and penalties.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by the Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq.), or except as herein specified, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this chapter, or any supplement thereto, shall be liable to a penalty of $25 and costs of prosecution.

§ 455-67 Traffic Committee; composition.

The City Traffic Committee shall be comprised of the Chief of Police, Fire Chief, Street Department Superintendent and City Engineer and shall carry out all duties in the provisions of all ordinances which refer to the Traffic Committee.
