A.
The license fee to be charged to any person, firm or corporation
engaging in the business of electrical contracting shall be in an
amount as set by resolution of the City Council for the period of
one fiscal year or fraction thereof, and every person, firm or corporation
engaging in the business of electrical contracting shall be required
to renew said license not later than the 1st day of March of each
year.
B.
A one-time permit to perform electrical work in the City of Pittston
may be obtained for a fee as set by resolution of the City Council
upon presentation of an electrical license from another City in the
State of Pennsylvania.
