To promote the public safety, health and welfare, no motor vehicle
shall be operated in excess of twenty-five (25) miles per hour from
any highway entrance point to the parking area of Trenton Memorial
Airport or upon such connecting roadways. It shall be unlawful to
operate any motor vehicle, motorcycle, motor bicycle or motor scooter
upon the runway proper or aprons of the airfield, except service vehicles,
and then only under the supervision of the Airport Manager.

It shall be unlawful for any person to litter or dump trash
or other debris upon any entrance road, service area or any other
portion of the airport.

A. Any pilot
utilizing the facilities of the Trenton Municipal Airport for commercial
agriculture spraying operations must register with the City of Trenton,
Missouri, on authorized forms, said registration providing the following
information:
1. Aircraft
type and identification number.
2. Type
of agricultural chemicals to be sprayed.
B. It is
requested that the aircraft have on board a radio with a frequency
compatible with the Unicom frequency that is capable of making contact
with the Trenton Municipal Airport. It is requested that each pilot
make a radio announcement of intent to land as required in the airman's
formation manual and in no instance less than one (1) mile from the
Trenton Municipal Airport and also prior to taxiing into position
for takeoff.
C. Each
commercial agricultural aircraft operator proposing to engage in operations
from or at the Trenton Municipal Airport must prior to engaging in
such operations post a cash bond in the amount of one thousand dollars
($1,000.00) in favor of the City of Trenton, Missouri, which bond
is to be refunded by the City at the conclusion of the commercial
agricultural spraying operations by said operator if the site where
the aircraft is operated from is absent evidence of any spills of
chemicals, fuels, lubricants, or debris of any kind.
D. No unauthorized
vehicles shall be permitted on the apron, taxiway, runway, and in
no instance shall any vehicle be left for longer than eight (8) consecutive
hours. No vehicles are to be left in any unauthorized or undesignated
parking areas.
E. Prior
to engaging in commercial agricultural spraying operations at or from
the Trenton Municipal Airport, each such operator shall file with
the City of Trenton, Missouri, a certificate of insurance as proof
of liability insurance coverage in an amount of not less than five
hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per occurrence.
F. Commercial
agricultural aircraft operators engaged in spraying operations shall
not during the release of materials as a part of such spraying operations
overfly the populated areas of the City of Trenton, Missouri.
