It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian or other person having legal care or custody to allow or permit said minor child or children to violate this chapter as specified in §
198-1 of this chapter.
The owner of any business establishment in the City of Pittston
shall require persons of such ages as addressed in this chapter to
leave their businesses with sufficient time to arrive at their homes
if they are pedestrians. Businesses that repeatedly violate this section
shall be cited under this chapter.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall,
upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding before a Magisterial
District Judge with jurisdiction over the City of Pittston, be sentenced
to pay a fine of not more than $300, and costs, and/or imprisonment
not to exceed 90 days. Each and every day upon which any person violates
or continues to violate the provisions of this chapter shall constitute
a separate offense.
