A.
In the event that uncertainties exist with respect to the intended boundaries of the various districts as shown on the zoning map(s), the following rules shall apply:
1.
The district boundaries are the centerlines of streets or alleys, unless otherwise indicated.
2.
Where the district boundaries do not coincide with the location of streets or alleys but do coincide with lot lines, such lot lines shall be construed to be the boundary of such district.
3.
Where the district boundaries do not coincide with the location of streets, alleys or lot lines, the district boundaries shall be determined by the use of the scale shown on the zoning map unless an exact distance is shown.
4.
Where the district boundaries are otherwise indicated, and where the property has been or may hereafter be divided into blocks or lots, the district boundaries shall be construed to be property lines, and where the districts designated on the map accompanying and made a part of the ordinance are bounded approximately by lot lines, the lot lines shall be construed to be the boundary of the districts unless the boundaries are otherwise indicted on the map.
5.
In unsubdivided property the district boundary lines on the map accompanying and made a part of this Unified Development Code shall be determined by use of the scale appearing on the map.
6.
In case of a district boundary line dividing a platted lot into two (2) parts, the district boundary line shall be construed to be the property line nearest the less restricted district.
