[Ord. No. 1199-2012 §§ 1 — 2, 8-6-2012]
City officials shall place a no left turn sign at an appropriate
location on Shanks Avenue so to prohibit motor vehicle traffic returning
to 92 Highway from turning left at that location.
Violation of the above no left turn sign for vehicular traffic
on Shanks Avenue shall result in a minimum fine of five hundred dollars
($500.00). Notice of such minimum fine shall be posted on such sign.
