Sketch plans shall be legibly drawn at a scale of one inch to
100 feet or 200 feet and shall contain sufficient information to indicate
the nature, scope and concept of the proposed subdivision and land
development, the major problems to be resolved, the location of the
subdivision tract, preliminary or USGS topography if available, the
name of the landowner, and other data considered essential by the
applicant in presenting his/her proposal.
