Section 100.260 Smoking Prohibited in All City Owned Buildings.

The possession of lighted or burning tobacco in any form including, but not limited to, the possession of lighted or burning cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or tobacco products by any person inside all buildings owned by the City of Warrenton is prohibited.
